About me:
My name is Kelly Dulac. I am an artist who likes to bend reality. I am from Cape Cod, MA, and Margate City, NJ.
I am a student at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs.
About my work:
I began making art in high school, taking a film photography course. I fell in love with breaking the rules.
I would research and create work using alternative processes in the dark room. This followed me in every aspect of my art. I started creating mixed media work using whatever I could find, leading me to create burning candles on sculptures and sew negatives into canvases.
Taking studio art classes in college allowed me to continue to think about presenting my work in creative ways. Recently, I created a hand-bound book narrating what it is like to be a masculine-presenting woman.
